According to Wired, the web is dead, so congratulations on cheating death and visiting shelbot.com.
Just because you have a vagina doesn’t mean you call it a va-jay-jay. You aren’t predetermined to like pink, love mommy blogs and think girls’ night out includes Jimmy Choos and cosmos.
These things are great, but why do tech websites think these themes are the only way to connect with women?
Shelbot.com was cultivated from a longing for a website for women that reviewed and discussed helpful tech resources and products in a way that made sense and wasn’t intimidating. Most importantly, it needed to deviate from the standard.

Shelbot’s mission is to teach and inspire women (and men!) about all things technology without the use of lady cliches in the hopes that readers will be able to create their own futures in the field.
